Correct, so I've got a weird problem. Been searching high and low for a while now and while I've found some reports of the same event on Samsung's own community forum zippo seems to gear up the fault.

Basically, my lookout man was working fine except I had no Samsung Pay and the SPo2 feature was disabled. Decided I actually needed Samsung Pay so I performed a factory restore and selected a different region (Spain I believe) which too gave me SPo2. First sign of trouble was when adding this sentry to my Milky way Wearables app, it asked me to restore a previous backup and no thing how many times I tried it kept telling me no backups were found. I finally skipped this step and all was good. Samsung Pay was working, as was SPo2 and everything else. I and so proceeded to set up Bixby and it keeps telling me "Samsung business relationship failed to sync. Please try once more"... I then showtime noticing other issues as well, such as I deceit sign in to Smartthings on my lookout, the Milky way Store doesnt seem to piece of work etc.

Kickoff roaming around online to find a solution and came up with quite a few alternatives. Hace now tried all of them and the issue remains. Most to send this POS back for a refund.

I've tried, in no specific order;

  • Yet another factory reset
  • Ready-up picket equally a standalone device
  • Re-login to my Samsung Account on my phone
  • Reset my Samsung account password (to forcefulness a sign-out everywhere)
  • Clear Cache, Data and finally full uninstall/reinstall of the Galaxy Wearables app every bit well as the Lookout man add-in
  • Change CSC on the watch and reinstall the firmware from scratch, then tried to connect before, during and subsequently the various official firmware updates
  • Log-on to the webui for my Samsung account and removed every unmarried device (bar my telephone - Note20U), including the "previous" GW3 entry.

probably a few others as well that I've forgot nearly.

Similar I said, accept found a few suggestions of fixes, but none seem to work for me. Spoke to a Samsung employee whos final resort was to take me log in to the webUI and remove the device, which still didnt work...

Surely someone must have an idea that will work, no?

PS. my Telephone is signed into my samsung account without issue and all Samsung features work well there, including Bixby and Smartthings.

Mine had the same trouble subsequently irresolute the region.
How to set it...
Reset your scout and set information technology up equally a standalone device then connect to the wifi and lon in your samsung account on the lookout restore your lookout from the backups ...
Now on your watch get to connect a phone information technology'll ask yous to continue your data on the lookout after painting to the telephone allow it and you are good to get.
Sometimes the wearable app may stuck at last step just close the app and start the process again it'll pair eventually.

I finally skipped this step and all was skilful. Samsung Pay was working, every bit was SPo2 and everything else. I and so proceeded to set upwardly Bixby and it keeps telling me "Samsung account failed to sync. Please try again"... I and so start noticing other issues also, such as I cant sign in to Smartthings on my spotter, the Galaxy Shop doesnt seem to work etc.

Start roaming around online to find a solution and came up with quite a few alternatives. Hace now tried all of them and the issue remains. Nigh to transport this POS back for a refund.

I've tried, in no specific social club;

  • Prepare-up watch as a standalone device
  • Re-login to my Samsung Account on my telephone
  • Reset my Samsung account password (to force a sign-out everywhere)

probably a few others too that I've forgot about.

Afraid non. I even spoke to some Samsung people about it off the books and basically information technology boiled down to me either exchanging the watch where I bought information technology or send it in to ane of Samsungs service centers.

I ended upwards returning it to Amazon for a refund as I had won a new one thru some Samsung promotion in the hateful time.

Update: I had to perform a mill reset of my watch and after that could not resolve the account issue with the original prepare. My watch is from the UK, prepare to UK region, but I am using information technology in Europe (GMT +two). Not sure if all these steps are necessary; information technology was either the UK time, the UK VPN or both, anyhow hither is what I did to get information technology working once again. My telephone is a Galaxy A20e, watch is GW3 R855F.
  • On phone set time to United kingdom of great britain and northern ireland time zone
  • On phone log out of Samsung account then back in
  • On phone -> Settings -> Apps -> Galaxy Wearable -> Storage -> Clear data
  • On telephone, connect to a UK VPN. I did this by connecting my Windows PC to a UK VPN, sharing the connection over WiFi, connecting phone to that WiFi network.
  • Run Galaxy Wearable, reconnect picket
  • On watch -> Settings -> Account -> View privacy find -> OK [previously information technology would not prove any of this and instead asked me to log in on my telephone, despite already being logged in]
  • Now the watch is logged into my account and everything working: Can install apps from spotter, remote connection, Bixby
